Orrcon has a 20" Yoder designed ERW Mill to ultimately produce API Quality Linepipe from 6" to 20" (168.3mm to 508mm OD) in steel grades up to X80 and wall thicknesses to 16mm for common grades. The Mill currently produces 8" up to 18" (219.1mm to 457mm). The Mill also produces a range of structural pipes, squares and rectangular sections up to 300mm square. The Unanderra Mill is closely associated with local pipe coating facilities to externally coat pipe for major gas/oil pipelines.

To meet customer requirements for a "complete piping package", Orrcon through its wide network of offshore associates, has developed a broad based fittings and ancillary product stock facility across Australia to provide Australian Industry with a viable, reliable and competitive alternative source of supply.

Orrcon is the industry leader in the electronic data management of pipe coating and logistics using the OrrTrack data management system with project support extending to infield construction activities.
